hello my mxbox not showing hti fw etc cant use hti tool and i just activated for iphone imei checks 2 days ago,i can update hti do most of function juast cant start hti tool,when i start mxtool hti not showing als connected plz help me with it,tx

I do not understand where can be your problem and I can not help you.

i put card in old mxkey reader and box separetely its working now

So, your problem is driver issue. Install correctly the drivers.
