Hello, i want to read log from nokia x3-00 but hti box don't read? why?

please post exact logs.

if fbus fails, means your cable is bad.
you can use usb as well.

The cable is ok, is universal cable and i read other phones. Usb dont work i get this error:
Custom loader[1] not available for this ID!

make sure you're using 3.5rev.1.6 with HTI FW 00.50.
any older version are obsolete.

next error post should post full logs.

5. If you need help, post your problem with most accurate description:
- post logs and screen shots (do not edit logs in any way)
- post phone model and phone status before you used mxkey
- also remember to post what version of mxkey software you used and what interface.
