here logs
i try with several handset but still getting this massage.....
same handset try flash with ufs with their software it flash well,
plz fix this bugs in next update.....thx in advance....

till now hti not support WD2 phone I think...maybe next update or just use another box..

hi,
it's not a bug. until it is announced, DCT4 WD2 and TIKU based phones not yet implemented into HTI. mean while, please use UFS as interface to work with such phones.

i try what u said here... still having same problem......now tell me now.....
with ufs with their software its flash but not mx-key software....
ur know better then me that for sure... but try check with ufs... having same problem..
i hope this issue will be sort out very soon...
