bro. click synchronize files & then bucheck, if not solve then check your HTI box for hardware malfunctioning by using latest HTI software updater.

but my problem is trying to scan some of the bus check djt4 model phone does not work. After this error was 35.16

hey hey congratulation bro. u got same error as mine. noone can answer you exact in this problem..
i know u get problem in DCT4 models like 1110,1200,1208,1650,1202
first time when u scan the phone it shows local mode then full logs can be seen..
but when u buscheck it will just stops on ERROR SENDING BOOTLOADER & then MOBILEX goes hang!!!!!!!

dont be sad, your box is not faulty. u can check your box in someone's pc who doesnot have such problem in his BOX.

so waiting for official solution.
