MxKey --- Bitdefender Problem (ANSWERED) - GSM-Forum

I Have Original bitdefender 2011 total security installed on windows 7 32 bit and I'm using the green dongle of mxkey with lateset version of mobieex always

the problem is the nokia service tools does not open while bitdefender is active I have to go to control panel and disable all bitdefender related services and restart the computer to be able to use the mxkey nokia service tool

any help or solution from support please?

you should exclude mobileex dir on your anti virus program.

problem solved by upgrading to 2012
