MXKEY deleted by anti virus - GSM-Forum

hello

i have problem on my MXKEY when i open my MXKEY nothings appear i think it blocks by anti virus.... but when i uninstall my ativirus i can use my MXKEY without problem..

@ MXKEY team

Please do some update to be able to use the mxkey with have an anti virus.. i sue kaspersky.. some using facing this problem also...

Please do something MXKEY team

that virus is VirTool:Win32/Obfuscator some antivirus detect this as VIRUS, but i think it's the protection of the TEAM, according to Microsoft and i qoute, "VirTool:Win32/Obfuscator are detections for programs that have had their purpose obfuscated to hinder analysis or detection by anti-virus scanners. They commonly employ a combination of methods including encryption, compression, anti-debugging and anti-emulation techniques.

These obfuscation techniques are used on various kinds of malware. The malware that lies "underneath" may have virtually any purpose. Hence, there are no obvious symptoms that indicate the presence of this malware on an affected machine."

put mobileEx directory on you AV exception list..Problem solved.

my avira also detects localedit.exe as a virus but nothing to it.. all works well without it

even i put in execution list but nothing happen... i add MXKEY.EXE to trashted application but still no opening due to some program of MXKEY that antivirys detect as a mall ware ..

Please MWKEY team do some about this problem.. i can't use my MSKEY ii i have antivirus installed to my PC...
so every time i use my MXKEY i need to uninstall my anti virus to be able to use my MXKEY.. then i need to restart my PC to use my MXKEY...

Im also using license kaspersky but it works well and never detects it as a virus

can you share your installer you use in kaspersky ?

i use kaspersky 7.0

if u looking in old post , already explain by coder or by myself
there are is not virus , just sw protector.
make exception if know as virus
