e71 rm-346 bad hash

first i try to read hash with sl3 unlocker v1.7(usb & fbus) it gives me an error [Verifying RSA signature ...failed "RSA_INVALID_PADDING"],then i try to read it with old version sl3 unlocker v1.6 and read is ok(or i thought that is ok).
after ulpload hash and waiting for unlock here is the result

Q1: what is the solution to read sl3 hash with v1.7 for this e71 rm-346?
Q2: how to get credit refund?

bro. ones hash uploaded & job start than credit cannot be refund, the other thing is when rev1.7 cant read & verify rsa signature then why you upload on rev1.7 sl3. its your fault bro. you must have done on rev1.6 when this version read & verified this hash. no luck bro.
