my mxkey box working perfect before i have reinstalled windows xp

after come this problem ........i checked all post this problem but problem not solved............plz help mxkey team

i put mxkey sim other sim reader dongle its work for me.............when kept sim with box not working...........mxkey box quality not good always installing problem.........drivers problem

Better to use HTI Smart card reader drivers in place of old smart card reader drivers

Just update ur driver from device manager
It worked for me

This is the only solution of this problem

update driver manually,
all needed driver provided on C:\mobileEx\3.5\data\drivers\hti

I have the same problem.
"No security dongle detected"
I got my MXbox today, I have installed v. 3.5 rev 0.0

I manually install HTI driver but not solved problem.
Any idea??
And about update some users have their boxes killed, is it necessary to update?

Interface: HTI BOX (Powered by MXKEY)
» BOX FW Version: 00.07

I think there is problem with not english windows xp.

using C:\mobileEx\3.5\data\drivers\hti :

Can't start hardware
Error during hardware installation

i'm sure it is working with some others computers, but i cant change computer for install hti drivers.

All others smartcard are working

Driver setup ask to contact vendor

New drivers needed for working to all computers

very simle first uninstall rockey200 driver [C:\mobileEx\3.5\data\drivers\card\FT2K] then plugin mxbox with key rest u know search .....

I installed my mxbox it does not detect the chip.
on the device manager I have a bad installation on the HTI FLASHER INTERFCE.
I get the message lor instalation of HTI FLASHER INTERFACE.
-a problem occurred during installation of this equipment.

PLEASE HELP ME.

1. Uninstall HTI FLASHER from device manager
2. Scan new hardware
3. After computer find new hardware,
- Choose Install from list or specific location >>Next
- Choose Dont' search. i will..... >> Next
- Choose Have A Disk >>
Then browse located specific driver on C:\MobileEx\3.5\data\drivers\hti
click continue any way. finish.

plugout your HTI cable then plugin. open MobileEX
