MxKEY not assined,please insert actavated dongle - GSM-Forum

Hi members,can any one help me about this problem after start to use uptodate 3.4 rev 1.2, now my Dongle show this massage, MxKEY not assined,please insert actavated dongle
DCT4PLUS license is not activated, invoking activation ...
Starting License Activation ..
That the massage,and I can't unlock Dct4 plus easily until I repeat several times.
Please help me,

Who is your reseller ?
