MXKEY Not Detect Everytime I restart Windows [SOLVED] - GSM-Forum

hello sir
I have strange problem in here
this my first problem on MXKEY I try on my notebook everything ok.(MXKEY Detect ok)
but if I use my PC first instalation everything ok,MXKey opened till I restart My PC MXKey show "Security Dongle Not detected"what is problem here???
already try to fresh install windows using XP SP1,SP2,SP3 all ok till restart then not detected

if I uninstall smartcard device&Holder on device manager then install again then MXkey working again???but if I restart again then MXKey not detected again???
please help...thanx

note:
I'm using PC with specification:
intel P4 1.7 Ghz
512Mb memory
80 GB HDD
windows XP SP2
and
P3 1Ghz
256 Mb memory
40 GB HDD
Windows XP SP2

Using MXkey rev 1.3,2.2 and 3.0

maybe conflict with jaf please re install card driver or unistall jaf then open mxkey then after install jaf again

but I already install fresh windows and no other Box driver installed on this PC,
test on my notebook all its ok even using JAF,setool,together...
using my PC show security dongle not detected...
maybe PC hardware not support I try to change motherboard later....

how if u try in virtual PC
like vmware or other ,

note:
I'm using PC with specification:

This is the fix:
install file named instdrv.exe inside folder c:\mobileEx\3.2\data\drivers\card\FT2K\
when asked yes/no always select yes.

restart computer and try open the program

did you install your jaf pkey driver or mx key driver ?

actually i have same probelm from last long time ..
plz share your solution here ..

which driver i have to install for mxkey to prevent
the error of no security dongal deteched..
