MXKey and UFS Unable to SCAN Phone - GSM-Forum

Hi all, I'm new to MXkey so please be patient with me...The problem I'm having is that I'm unable to SCAN or BUS Check any BB5 phones, I've tried 5310 and E71 with two different CA-101 cables and I still get the same problems.

When I scan I phone I get the error 'Phone not responding', when I BUS Check a phone I get the 'Boot Error 02 FF 72 00'.

Incidently I have an UFS3 Tornado Box without the HWK module. Another thing I've noticed is that although I have an UFS3 Box it appears as UFS2 Sarasoft, is this is a driver issue?

I've tried uploading some screen shots, but I keep getting 'upload of file failed', the files are jpeg and 115KB large.

Grateful for any help in this matter.

bro dont use CA-101 cables...use fbus cable and also see... have u opened the mxkey software for nokia .for any further assistant ..u r welcome..

Thanks Razisamb, I need to purchase some cables then...and yes I've activated the MXkey. Thanks for your help.

Regarding the FBUS cables, what are the readers view on UFC3GS cable set?
