MY MXBOX no Read PHONES but is OK (ANSWERED)


Hi team mxkey.. my problem is:

1 Page http://mxlaboratory.com/htiok.htm, it says that I
do NOT have NXP chip with malfunction. Then if I do not have the damaged NX CHIP, because the BOX doesn't read phones by RJ port...??????



2 Upgrade to version 1.7 and update the HTI, I think reading problems, does not read any phone by port RJ.



3. My reseller in Colombia says that if the MXBOX does not have the NPX CHIP of malfunction, the main reseller (GSMSERVER) or even the MXBOX TEAM, not change the BOX.... is this true??????

4. The MXBOX, only has 1 month and 15 days purchased.

I can do or that encouraged me, to avoid losing my money... HELPME

same problem here....my box also NOT have NXP chip with malfunction..but still unable to read DCT4 models while bb5 flasing is good. i am tired of this. this all $hit happened after the hti firmware 0.50 update...
amazing thing is that mx team are not replying anything in this topic.....WHY???

My reseller in my country chenge my mxbox for the ORANGE....

I waiting a few days for user a new presentation of my MXBOX.....

So.. the problem continue if you update HTI to 0.50,,, the box no read for RJ.....Mr. Manole pleas fix this...

if problem still there, send it back to reseller.

ok i did all as u said but still my box stops on ERROR SENDING BOOTLOADER in dct4 phones..manole told that he will change all nxp damaged box although the warranty has expired. in my case i have not nxp chip defect & the problem is that i modified the v3 usb connecter to big one like ufs. can still i return my box to reseller?
because reseller is not accepting my faulty box.

bro. after update did you synchronize all, if not then click synchronize all as some bugs are fixed in this procedure, than again connect your phone & post buscheck logs.........

In my opinion, it is cable connection problem. It did happend same to me with nokia 1209: Fbus cable most of the time worked ok, but with easycable 3in1 I receive same error like in picture nr.2 from 1st post. Perhaps the phone's pins have some problems. That eazycable work perfect, because I use it daily with all supported phones.
