Did you enabled the Rx2 & Tx2 then flash the phone.If not,so try it then post result here.

would be better if before flashing you doing a "BUS check".

and will be best if you post 'mobileEx.log' instead of window log.

i cant find mobileEX.log file in mobileex folder

your handset has an hardware problem first clean and re flash
