Bro.

When Cable is Short or Defective,
It will show same problem with all Phones connect with it.

So change Cable will work not only like Apple but BANANA.

First select manually Local Mode or Test mode and scan phone...

i changed the cable several times
and i tried to manualy select of local mode, and the phone enter to this mode several times and then no scan
it take about 15min and then no result
