First of all u need good pm with SX4

( do SX4/super SX4 after that pm1 and pm309 )

2.

if not solved than

check CCC and HWC certificates

How to repair CCC and HWC certificates ?

backup RPL than open it in notepad

there u will see NPC data after that CCC data and HWC data

just replace CCC and HWC data with manole's uploaded clone RPL's ( of same model )

recover certificates ( go to service --> than imei & security --> than imei rebuild --> recover cert BUTTON )

than rpl

than Repair SL

than SD repair

bro contact service is occured due to bad pm file just reset npc>restore imei>SD repair>sd authantication>select good pm and>PM authantocation>right pm and again >pm authantication and just unlock
urs proble will be solved 100000%(before this process make RPL backup)
