MX-Key No Security Dongle detected - GSM-Forum

hi there

sorry for my poor english
i bought mxkey i download
mobileEx_setup_v3.3_rev1.8_fix_20100422 and mobileEx_setup_v3.4_rev1.0_20100503 i installed them one by one and none of them hasn't find it , so i was wondering am i doing something wrong or is my mxkey faulty, i check blocked mx-key and i could not find my mx-key
can some one help me?

- Download last version mobileEx_setup_v3.4_rev1.0_20100503_.exe

- install, during install. check this:

Thanks Freegoo it helped , thank you and Mrd07 also you know what i found that the card was inserted wrong ,
sorry i have one more question i know there are so many treats in this forum , but i want to help from proffesionals ,

what shall i do next, update something or create account or activate mxkey? because i want to make everything perfect, also is this true i was reading in there that you need to buy mx-key credit, so it is mean i will unable to unlock the phones if i'll not have any credit?
