hello i have flashed n8 with 111.030.0609 flashing ok show test mode ok after flashing but when i am trying to on mobile only vibrate and then blink display any solution what to do ?

Check if your Battery is fully charged or not, check whether you flash with correct product code & reflash with correct product market drop down will solve.

well i have download file from navifirm but i think file is ok coz i already flashed 7 8 mobile with this file

Bro. it's not about file OK & work with 7 8 Mobiles, but it's matter of MCU certificate matches or not, may be you faced this time as certificates has not matched, from next time don't use same flash file for all phone & flash only with individual file of that particular Product code, so now do as i said will get you positive results.
