You only post read simlock info, N81 is PA_SL2 and it is supported for unlock, so try to unlock using codes calculation. It should work.

Ok, I'm trying unlock N81 RM-223, but there is not NCK calculation able to unlock.

Why we can't check CALC NCK with N81 as other mobiles as 5800, N96, etc with protected 308 field ...?

It should be able to unlock since 3.2 REV 5...
