n95 8gb rm-320 phone startup failed,contact retailer.very strange problem.

I downgraded rm-320 v31 to v20 with two steps.
Firstly,tick APE(skip APE),manual flash,downgrade,Fast Phone,then flash.(partial flash,Only ppm,and cnt)
Secondly,untick APE(not skip APE),tick downgrade,Fast Phone,munual flash,then flash(full flash this time)

It works.I can make phone call.but soon it shutdown,restart it,show me phone start-up failed.contact retailer.

then I erase flash with BB5Erase_UNI_rapido.bin,flash ENO,V31,write back FULL PM and RPL.

here is the MX-KEY BB5 security validation:
SIMLOCK seems to be valid
SUPERDONGLE_KEY seems to be valid
SIMLOCK_TEST passed
SECURITY_TEST passed

imei is OK,I have the all the backup,JAF and MXKEY.
I erase the flash with BB5Erase_UNI_rapido.bin
Now I can't format the user's file system in any version(v20,v30,v31),Is it hardware fault?but
before downgrading the phone is ok.
Extra, now I can't get the CORRECT local mode,when get in local mode,JAF says OK,but the sreen
is white.shows nothing.

1 back rpl(first backup u made)
2 full erase on mxkey
3 flash eno sw(rm320_ENO_x_2007wk45v0.020_sos.fpsx)then flash this eno too( normalize_susd_eno_aino_urel.fpsx )then flash phone with any vergn sw
4 writ rpl (first backup u made after u erase phone)
5 mxkey>serves>imei&securty>imei rebuild>repair sd
6 go to pm >click sd auth and writ pm
7 full factory

my jaf box used by MXKEY seems so many problems that I haven't flash a phone successfully yet.so usually I use PKEY to flash.It's perfect.but unlocking I use MXKEY,It's perfect, too.

So.back to the object.

I have tried exactly the procedure all you suggetted above using PKEY.but the problem is the same.(It seems all is ok,IMEI,simlock.supper_dongle...All is perfect.but it still shows me "phone startup failed...)

So,there is a question here.
when I flash the ENO software,it's two steps by step1 flash the SOS file and step2 flash the normalize file OR flash them all in one time?

1st put this flash in mcu rm320_ENO_x_2007wk45v0.020_sos.fpsx then click flash
2st put this flash in mcu normalize_susd_eno_aino_urel.fpsx then click flash
3st flashphone normal
now to slove phone startup failed
mxkey>serves>imei&securty>imei rebuild>repair sd
then go to pm >click sd auth and writ pm
full factory and format
