after long time
i use cylone to repair sim lock now set ok

u need 2 step repair
1.SIMLOCK ( with SIMLOCK RPL )
2.SUPERDONGLE repair

if not luck,try with erase metods before flashing

before erasing get complete RPL backup so that can restore IMEI after flash

do as Mobilex-Team said that is a good solution.
