Need help installing MxBox - GSM-Forum

Never seen this one before except for nspro in the old days. I am trying to install this box on my winxp sp3 pc but with no luck. When i connect the box, it detects as "HTI Flasher Interface WinUsb" in the Smart card readers section. When i point it to the driver folder in mobileEx it installs the microsoft driver for smart card etc. I never see the FTDI "HTI Flasher Interface" so i never get to install these drivers for the usb to serial connection consequently even though the software runs, updates the box and every thing i dont get a HTI connection in the connection options.

Has any one had this problem.

I have tried uninstalling ftdi drivers reinstall program update box firmware. NO JOY. What puzzles me is that the software sees the box to update the firmware but not for the communications port to connect phone. What could be wrong?
