need help for USB flashing - GSM-Forum

hello everyone,
i am new in mobile software. so that i need your help.
can anyone please tell me what is the different between normal USB flashing & dead USB flashing.

both are same, but dead usb is preferred (Nokia USB ROM as interface)

they are they same, it depend what box or gadget will you use.

other box no dead usb indicate just usb only. but the other box like jaf there is dead usb indicated, you need to check that if you do usb flashing

both are same but you preferred dead usb. so when i flash with usb (Nokia USB ROM as interface), i have to select/tick dead usb or i have to unselect/untick dead usb. which one is better & you prefer?
