network problem after unlocking 1661 - GSM-Forum

no network after unlock phone 1661

and should i pay credit after make activation to use new unlock DCT4 coz befor i unlock the 1661 program said......
Serial: xxxxxxxx
Available Credit: 100
Activation Status: TRUE
after unlock box said.....
Serial: xxxxxxxx
Available Credit: 0
Activation Status: TRUE

so plz inform me if i should to pay credit after activation or not

Remember 1661 are two different types

1) 1661-2b = ( 850/1900mhz signal ) if you want to use for 900/1800mhz you need to change filter or if you know how to jump it )

2) 1661 only ( 900/1800mhz signal ) if you want to use for 850/1900mhz you need to change filter or if you know how to jump it )

lastly you need to cross flashing from each other because you need to flash PM files too

i know what you said...... serial number to phone not begin with 00

Post here Phone Type and IMEI, both reported by software and what is written on backside sticker of this phone.
