New box don´t recognise card - GSM-Forum

Have buyed a hti i ´m using last version software 3.5 rev 1.1 i have updated the box using pkey , i have removed the card from pkey to the box but when start software software don´t read the card ,info : No security dongle detected.
What probably is wrong ?

Solved, instaled correct drivers for HTI smart card reader.

Check card and re insert.
