New MX KEY Problem

I am new with mx key, 1st time i connect mx key with pc it work OK. But if i restart my pc it show no security dongle detected. what is the problem ? i am uninstall from device manager and install it again. it work, and restart pc same again. Help me Please

looks like a temporarily problem,
You ought to use the latest exe.

1. You First Remove Smart Card > Clean The Smart Card >And Insert Again Card >NOt work Try 2. Solution
2. Otherwise Chang Smart card Reader Dongle
