problem same but i manage to solve with install other anti virus

check ur smart card....sometime holder is loose it cant intact with smart card, 2ndly check ur LED of mx -key is working or not 3rd, sometime smart card inserted full inside the holder, 4th, ur driver is not installed properly,

for me new version detecting mxkey and working well no probalm but still virus shows make trust zone working fine
