hi team i am buying mxkey box today its connected ok..but cant able to open nokia tool

i dont know the problem please help me

Hi! On the "Action" tab there should be a button "Sign Application". Click on it and follow instructions.

check with the mini usb cable either. or attempted to replace with better quality, which, for the HTI takes the voltage from which the fiber ground wire. nice.

after that

, you have to "Sign Application". first,,,,,,,
at that position must be connected de internet pc,,,,,

you're not going to het much help here. support is dying.

the op problem is that the smartcard reader is not installed properly so there is no 'sign application' button to click.

there is a sticky with a solution invloving the device manager but it doesn't work for me because i cannot find the part shown there.

maybe you gert more lucky if you say which os you have, if you had another version before.

my solution was to install in another computer.

Thanks guys problem with hti drivers reinstall all application will fix it

will not fix for me (XP; v2.1)
when i insert usb it start to install drivers and then something like 'the device is not in the correct state (code 1)'
update hti didn't work either

myn is xp-3..uninstall mobile ex ...restart pc...clear all cookies ....use CCCleaner ...reinstall mobileex then connect the mxkey box

My system is XP SP2 and mobile exe ver is 3.5 rev 2.2 reinstall it and change the cable(USB) and then connect it .. now install the drivers.... And then post log

I uninstalled mobile ex ...restart pc...cleared all cookies ....used CCleaner ...downloaded v2.2 ...install mobileex and then connected the mxkey box. Same.
Zuber, your thread is the same as sticky:
On device manager I have no 'Smart Card readers' entry. only 'WUDF Smartcard'. Still i follow the steps and same. the cable is also fine.

Thanks rimboy but I gave up. Asked a friend to borrow a computer and installed fine there. But what happens is.

sorry I'm trying to insert the screenshot of the device manager but when i click on the 'Insert Image' icon I get a 'Not Found' pop up. Nothing is working today.

In the list on devices if it installs Ok I get a 'Smart card readers' entry. If not I get a 'WUDF Smartcard' instead.

Anyway now I have signed the application but the hti box doesn't appear on the connection dropdown so I'm still going nowhere.

No Problem Bro. Just click Synchronize File on Mxkey Application will Update it & solve your problem.

Just before I saw your post i clicked on Synchronize File and after 5 hours I finally have this thing working.

Still I can't install this in my computer.
