No Security Dongle detected - GSM-Forum

I have just brought my new MX Key today

but

No Security Dongle detected

Please help MX TEAM

hi,
have you install the driver correctly?
Is mx key card detected on your computer's device manager?

hi bro
try this
open Device Manager
1, Uninstall your smart card reders , USB token....
2, Scan for hardware change
3, now new hardware found ,
4, click -> Advance install ,
5, click -> next ,
6, click -> Don't search, I will.... ,
7, click -> next ,
8, click -> have disk
9, click -> Browse
10, go to -> C:\mobileEx\3.2\data\drivers\card\FT2K
11, open ftk2 ,
12, click -> ok
13, click -> Next , ask Overwrte the newer file? click ->Yes
Now open mobileEX3.2
it will ok
