Can somone help this is all i get i have unpluged and repluged this device but still the same helppppppppppppppppppppppp!!!!

uninstall also mobilex folder then restart ur pc and install again after install plug mx key dongle and update driver again

then open mx key software and check

just reinstall this driver
C:\mobileEx\3.3\data\drivers\card\FT2K

Remember, while driver install in progress do not unplug your smartcard/ftdi based. 2nd is, driver not install correctly or crash with another smartcard driver....

facing the same problem ... specialy after the last update ... after 20 times ..changing the usb port .. restarting the computer it works ...

dear , right click on my computer --->hardware--->device manger--->other devices

here you must found yellow marked "smart card" , remove it & intert mxkey again in usb port, now pc ask for drivers, provide drivers from this location

C:\mobileEx\3.3\data\drivers\card\FT2K
