Question no security dongle detected....plz help... (ANSWERED)


need solution plz.........



after update its ask for restart......but when restart its says....



after press ok software run but same problem.........."no security dongle detected"

How many smart card readers installed your system? some times you must uninstall all drivers and 1st install hti smart card. if not you have to use fresh copy of os

MX card need to be inserted in HTI / MXBOX.

This error you got is same error if you insert an MXBOX lite (without any card).
Sure can update the HTI (MXBOX) and after restart will have this error.

So, the conclusion is, your card can not communicate with USB.
There are few reasons why it happen this:

1. MXBOX card reader is physically damaged. Chk the pins.
This is most commune to the V3 PCB.
Your solution is ask replacement MXBOX from reseller.

2. Try test with MXKEY dongle and see if software can see your card
(this is just for test your card).

3. If is not 1 and if 2 is ok, then your card driver is not installed correctly,
reinstall all software and drivers again.

4. If still problems, last option for you is to try in new and fresh windows.

i am also facing a strange problem. when i updated from 3.5 rev 1.3 to rev 1.4 it stoppped flashing the bb5 mobiles with ufs box. is it out of support? or i am not being able to figure out the problem

1. i check card with mxkey. card is ok.
2. i install all drivers from C:\mobileEx\3.5\data\drivers\hti
3. i also try new and fresh windows.

so i think my MXBOX card reader is physically damaged........i will contact reseller for replacement...........thank you........

Try harder to figure it out.

Try to read my posts in this forum, probably you will understand.

Since thread starter got support and his problem will be solved by his reseller,
