Noki 5220 unlocking problem - GSM-Forum

Hi every one!
I need your help!
I try to unlock my Nokia 5220 but my trying is unsuccessful.
The log is:

Version: SIMLOCK SERVER
Provider: Meteor, Country: Ireland

What i did:
1) I scaned a phone,
2) Saved a simlock backup,
3) tried to unlock by code
4) tried to unlock by warranty unlock
5) tried to update SpLock

What i did wrong or is it server problem?
