what about 1616 security code and witch cable ?

you need 1616 fbus cable and do factory reset.

The Question is about 1616 not 1661 coz 1661 is already unlocked by box's (mxkey, recycled,..)

Its 1661 friend. And topic is old, already we was first in the world who did unlock it.
