Nokia 2320c-2b (RM-515) unlocked successfully after lot of tries and R&D.. Model is presently not supported for unlocking with MX Key..

Even if u flash to RM-514 firmware, unlock is not supported..

Here is the trick, how I managed to unlock it >>>>

Flashed it with Nokia 2330c (RM-512) firmware sw ver 6.75 ..

Then proceeded for unlock operation and got the handset unlocked smoothly..

After that just wrote the pm attached for network and then harware conversion..

Handset unlocked and now showing both 900/1800 MHz networks..

try the procedure many times and get result, or flash with MT-Box and then unlock with MX for free.

HOW TO UNLOCK 2320C-2b successfully 100% unlock
ANYBODY DAT SAID IS NOT WORKING.OK FLASH WITH JAF USE rm-512 V08.20 TO FLASH IT.AFTER FLASHING IT NOW USE MXKEY TO UNLOCK IT AND PICK DE 08.20 MCU FILE.PHONE WORK FINE 100% GUARANTEE.
