Nokia 2660b RM-293 does not repair imei? (ANSWERED) - GSM-Forum

I am having nokia 2660b RM-293 version 03.62 and 03.63 is not writing the new IMEI, to make the process cloncluir he tries and fails to finish and the imei is the original, someone can tell me which way to solve the problem?
