today i recive nokia 3110c in contect service . 1st i am try gernel work sd repir sd auth ,pm auth.but stil scortey test fail.then i try to recover cert but not luck then try withot npc rpl but stil.and last try erase phone reflash restore rpl sd auth but not luck then ..i erase pm write p1&308 with pm auth my phone working well

start checking hardware since you did all so software procedures .
