its SL3 phone..........if u have good RPL backup of this set u restore it & check........if u dont have backup good RPL of this set u have to buy new RPL........

Press "Restore IMEI" - hope you have this unit good backup.
And if no backup: buy RPL, contact Fast Unlocking.

getting direct contact service without nokia logo. wat happen to my set. is it hardware problem??? can any one help me

from software side, seems all okay.

start self test for better analysis.

hardware problem
do good servicing with elma and rehot with hairdyer for 10 minutes.
then connect , and do selftest . selftest will show where is hardware problem.
then rehot the ic using good paste , which was shown in seftest erare .
