Nokia 5200 Upper keyboard not responding after unlock - GSM-Forum

Hello
I have just unlocked nokia 5200 but straight after unlock I tested the phone and upper keyboard is not working. In self test it works but it does not in practice.
I flashed the mobile and made full factory and did not help.

Please give me a hand and help me with that.

Just to highlight this issue upper keyboard was ok before unlock so it must have sth to do with software, I think

Please read my post once again. I stated there that in Mobilex/self test/keyboard upper keyboard is responding(I touch the particular button and it says pressed and released). So it has nothing to hardware.
Please help

yes you are right but its hardware problem
try to change flex cable and post result
if u feel that this problem can be solved by software so its impossible
