Nokia 6555b At&t unlock problem

I am having this problem unlocking a 6555b from at&t. Other users of MX-Key seem to have success unlocking this phone but I am not able to do so. Any suggestions? Here is the log:

Flash loader folder was already set at 8.3. I changed it to 9.5 and the same thing happened. I changed fbus cables and same error. The phone is working but locked. The cables are working because I use them on other phones. I even changed resistor values and same error. If I click SCAN instead of BUS CHECK, I get this:

I find it rather odd that for such a great tool there is no solution for the problem I am having. I can read the locks when I SCAN but I get this Loader Not Responding error when I do a BUS SCAN.

I am unable to flash or unlock this phone.

I am using the latest version of MobileEx 3.3 rev 1.8 + fix. FYI, I used this same version to unlock an E71x which is from AT&T.
