Nokia Asha 201 contact service

I've tried update software in Nokia asha 201 with Nokia Ovi Suite and the procedure has stopped. After that phone shows only "contact service". So I've tried flash the phone with MxKex but it does't help. Any ideas ?

I got nokia asha 2010-rm799 I try to flash with atf but stop on da way and phone is dead and if I try conect again shows usb not recogniz I think is usb got problam I need usb pin out any body can help plz
