I can resolve the problem "Contact Service" for a Nokia c1-01 whith HTI Plus ?

Write full flash,And next time POST LOG

Yes dear you should give us log then it is easy to reactfy the problem

I connect the nokia c1-01 via USB and it is not recognized.

I don't have the FBUS cable.

I am forced to use FBUS cable ?

bro c1-01 not supported f-bus oparation,

try clean and change usb connector and try phone detect by usb.

and show hardware id missing... it not problem.

hi,

i flash thr nokia c1-01 with Nokia Phoenix (with the usb dead option).

And survives until the problem.

At a moment after the 100% flash the phone go to test mode and return to "Contact Service".

Bro. Download & Run Latest Mxkey Setup V3.5 Rev2.3, Go to Service Tab>Quick Fix>Tick XGOLD2 Fix CS/Recover SIMLOCK & Click Do Selected Job, will solve it. Have a nice day

the contact service problem has resolved.

And i have a simlock code by Orange france and the phone says "Impossible to remove simlock"

why ?
