the castumer bring to me this phone to flash language and i decyded to change product code with mx-key and flash with NSU (after change product code i am not restart the phone) in the end of flesh phone restart and show contact service, i wos disepired, now when i conect to mx-key log show simlock corupt, the beckup was not made, what is hapend, what i made wrong and what i can do? p.s. sorry for my bad english

you have to bouy rpl then solve your problem

If you have RPL Backup,

Then Restore it or have to Buy Factory RPL for the same.
