Nokia E71x Not Supported for SP repair??

Hi Bro...
Getting Problem With E71x...
Was Updating The Phone With New Realsed Mx Key Version 1.7...
N get Dead The Phone...
Again I tried to revievw the phone with usb but failed...so finally make it alive with another tool...
Than restored the RPL with Mx key...
Now phone is ok...But Cant repair security keys...

Simlock seems ok phone needed to get repaired SD only and write pm..

not stable LOCAL / TEST MODE connection .
recheck or use another good cable

So Tried With 2-3 Cabels,
Even Tried With Jaf N Ufs Inter face..
well One Thing Is That Phone Not Showing Local Or test Mode On Screen...

The Screen Is Blinking Only....
Not Showing Local Or test Mode....
But I can Scan n bus check.....
N getting Info Also...

everything Was Bfor Ok untill I flashed the phone with New 1.7....
On that time phone was in local mode, was also showing "LOCAL MODE" On Screen....
I take Rpl Backup Of it...
Flashed phone .................n get dead....
With 20-30 unsucssesfull tried, than make full erase the phone...n flashed with JAF to alive it again....
As i restored the rpl with MX key...alldata wrriten ok n suddenly got msg...
" Phone Not Responding"

Agin I make flash it...with trick as someone described here
Uncheck Safe flash n check fast Flash

Than....i written only npc data....
than calculated the sd.....now the only pro is security failed....
even i have a full pm backup of it....
But what to do...?????

2_go to pm >click super sd auth writ pm 1 and 309 and wait 30 second
3_full factory
100% work

But As i Think Its Prob Of not stable LOCAL / TEST MODE connection .

For That What Can i do...
Tried With # diffrent types of cable...
now using Ipmart 2 in 1(Mt-Jaf) cable....
But Still Not success.............

bro, when u flash eno sw then full flash phone must go to local/test mode
use hwk
then go to mxkey to repair SECURITY_TEST failed!
