Then Erase Phone with Untick Safe Erase,
Flash it with Latest Firmware same Product, (Specially for this Phone)
Write PM,
Restore IMEI,

Must Solve it, post reply.

Someone has changed the Product Code before,

So after Erase & Before Flashing tick Change Product Code,

Select this Firmware: 0543843 latest version N73_4.0812.4.2.1_western_C00_PRD_cc.fpsx
from Market Drop Down Menu & Click Flash Button will Solve it.

You can check it here marked on this Image,

Tick on After Flash Processing & Set Product Code,
Flash it, will set Product Code of Firmware which you have Flashed.
