nokia service tool hanging - GSM-Forum

Dear mxkey team

please help me. when i am connecting my ufs, box is connected ok but when i am selecting nokia service tool, it does not move ahead and hangsup there.

I have also tried updates, downgrade etc. but no solution.

hy,
you can try completely delete C:\mobileEx.
reinstall it.

ps.: don't forget to backup your application signature and rpl database.
