nokia x7 rm-707 downgraded by mistake

Hi everybody
sounds very bad when doing a mistake n getting ready for execution by the client ha?!
I have downgraded a working x7 by mistake from 111.040 to 111.030, n when i noticed it was late, the phone couldn't enter to test or local mode n phone just showed nokia on screen n went off after about 15 seconds. u might know how I felt that moment: "s*h*i*t*"!!
by the way I flashed again with correct version n phone doesn't still power up after nokia but it goes to test n local mode.
here is the log after pressing the "bus check":

CMLA keys are corrupted.
Your device will not start on Belle (111.x) firmware.

Your option:
- backup RPL, erase, downgrade to Anna (25.x) firmware, restore RPL.

Procedure like in here
