not enough credit error for BB unlock?(ANSWERED)

hi reinstall mxkey on my other PC and now having strange problem:
can unlock Blackberry gives me that error:
IMEI: 3559870438****
MEP: MEP-21545-001

[UnauthorizedFault] Sorry C******, your [CR1]DCT4PLUS remaining credits(100) and [CR2]BB5 remaining credits(95) is not enough.
You need to have at least 100 DCT4PLUS and 100 BB5 credits.

i purchased bb5 credit from a reseler and it converts to sl3 by itself, and same problem again.

thank you for the advise, I will buy the hti to support your team, I'm verry happy with mxkey as many other people Im sure. but I need to unlock blackberries today and mxkey doesn't work, keeps converting my bb5 credits to sl3 and gives error not enough credit.

can you do something about it?
