one more dead orange


I have the list to all the dead hti boxes, hopefully something will be done to help fix the problem. All I did was connect box and open soft nothing else

Reseller says all shipment charges will pay customer that means shipping charges will equal as new hti and what about after 6 month we can't buy a box only for 6 month then put box in crap thats not fair i have more then 7 boxes and i am using them more then 4-5 years and they are working fine but mxbox not used more then 8 months but now its totally dead manole making us fool hes says buy new box for next 6 months

This is your problem with your reseller, not with me.
I said very clear we change free of cost any mxbox what is in warranty.
If the reseller tell you that is expensive for ship, this is lie and he is the one who cheat you, not me.

Next time chose a good and responsible reseller who give you support after sale.

Just for my info, also for other users info, who is the reseller who told you:

mr. manole post procedure repair for hwk because this is ont own product
cannot post mxbox because stock box sell
