Phone type? Version? Problem? More info.
From you log i see that phone is erased. Write RPL backup (if you have) and restore Imei. If you dont have backup buy new RPL (servers for bb5 rpl is off).

I will repeat: IF YOU DONT HAVE RPL BACKUP THEN RETURN IT TO CUSTOMER!!!! SL3 with damaged NPC (Imei)! Only backup or new RPL from server.
@sijibae Are you know differences between software and Imei? Did you ever have a erased phone?
