What if its a hardware problem, ERROR: Secondary boot not responding !. are you still sure 100% with HWK Mr. Percentage.

What is the condition of the phone before you tried to flash it. Is it dead or not. And why did you want to flash it, what is the problem??

Phone work slowely some times restart,.

first try master reset, if not solved, try to have FBUS cable and flash it. USB flashing is not recommended for functioning phone
