guys, i need your help ASAP! i'm new to MX-Key

new protocol means not supported your interface

use another interface

change it to what? i don't understand... is mt box too old?

hi,
if you want to flash this phone, use our new MXBOX, since UFS can not handle nokia new protocols.

as an alternative you can flash it through usb, choose 'Nokia USB ROM' as interface.

anyway, you're using an older version of mxkey. currently we have 3.4 rev3.1
